Student Travel Grants

The conference committee awards a limited number of student travel grants to the authors of the accepted papers.
 
To apply, a letter of motivation with IEEE member number, and a CV should be uploaded before August 15th, 2014 via the following link: https://edas.info/G.php?g=395
 
a) The applicant must be a full-time student registered towards a Bachelor, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering or related field in a college or university.
b) The applicant must be a co-author of an accepted paper in IEEE CloudNet 2014.
c) During the expense reimbursement stage, the student must show the proof of having registered and attended the IEEE CloudNet 2014 conference.
 
The Student Travel Grant consists of a monetary award to be used toward registration fees, conference hotel expenses, and travel costs. To claim the award, the student must send compiled reimbursement forms and attach original receipts within 30 days of the last day of the conference.
